SKB Shutters Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SKB Shutters Corporation Berhad had on 19th January 2016 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) to acquire a parcel of leasehold industrial land for a total purchase consideration of RM54,905,200 measuring 48,637 square metres.
The land is located in Pekan baru Sungai Buloh, District of PEtaling, State of Selangor and bears the postal address No. 22, Jlaan Teknologi, Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
SKB Shutters Manufacturing Sdn Bhd had leased the property from PKNS in 2002 for 30 years and the company has since then erected a factory buildings and occupying the building on the site.
