Selangor Properties Berhad had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Chong Khoon Lin Sdn Bhd to acquire four (4) adjoining parcels of freehold land in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur for RM32.20 million.
The land is adjoining and contiguous to its existing land in Damansara Heights. A high-end stratified villa development is proposed to be develop on the land.
