The SS 15 commercial centre is one of the most well known commercial centres in Subang Jaya This commercial centre is bounded by several housing areaes ie. SS 15, SS14, SS 18 and SS 17 of Subang Jaya. In this commercial centre, there are various businesses operating in the area providing various services such as F&B, banking, grocery as well as other supporting services.
There are a number of colleges / universities in the area. These include Taylor’s college and Inti International College. In general, the SS 15 commercial centre comprised mainly low-rise shop/office of two to four stories in height. There are a number of high-rise developments located within the commercial centre. The developments include First Subang, Subang Square and Menara Rajawali.
In this article, we will analyze the price trend of the shop/offices (22’x80’) in SS 15, Subang Jaya.
In 2011, three-storey shop/offices with a lot size of 22’x80’ in SS 15 Subang Jaya were transacted at between RM1,200,000/- and RM2,300,000/-. In 2012, the prices of similar properties had risen to between RM1,700,000/- and RM2,700,000/- whilst in 2013, similar properties were transacted at between RM1,750,000/- and RM3,300,000/-. In 2015, similar properties were transacted at between RM1,900,000/- and RM3,400,000/-. Current asking prices of similar properties are in the range of RM3,300,000/- to RM4,000,000/-.
