Minetech Construction Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Minetech Resources Berhad had entered into six (6) Sale and Purchase Agreements with Mahsuri Kelana Sdn Bhd to acquire parcels of commercial property in Kelana Jaya, Petaling jaya, Selangor for RM8.0 million.
The commercial property is known as Parklane, Commercial Hub @ Kelana Jaya.
