Casa Subang is one of several high-rise residential developments in USJ 1, Subang Jaya. This development is located next to the Mydin Wholesale Hypermarket and is sited within walking distance to Giant Hypermarket, Da : Men, The Summit Subang and the USJ Sentral Commercial Centre, which will provide all the shopping needs of its occupants.

This had risen to between RM300/- and RM425/- per square foot in 2012. In 2013, the units were transacted at between RM320/- and RM460/- per square foot whilst in 2014, similar units were transacted at between RM330/- and RM480/- per square foot. In 2015, the units were transacted at between RM340/- and RM500/- per square foot. Current asking prices of residential units in the development range from RM360/- to Rm520/- per square foot.
