JCY HDD Technology Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JCY International Berhad had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with PCA Mahlin Technology Sdn Bhd to acquire of an industrial property for RM23 million.
The leasehold property is located in Jalan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak, Taman Perindustrian Bukit Minyak, Simpang Ampat, Pualu Pinang.
