Ideal Property Concept Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ideal Sun City Holdings Berhad had entered into fifteen (15) Sale and Purchase Agreements with Mr. Tan Hua Meng to acquire all those fifteen (15) industrial properties for RM6.155 million.
The properties is known as Anzen Business Park, located at Jalan 4/37A, Taman Bukit Maluri, Off Jalan Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
