Advent Nexus Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tropicana Corporation Berhad had on 12th January 2016 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Pinnacle Supreme Sdn Bhd for disposal of a piece of land together with a 10-storey buildings presently knwon as "Sky Express Hote, Kuala Lumpur" for a total cash consideration of RM 55.0 million.
