Sunwish Venture Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudee Group Berhad had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Kinheng Furniture Sdn Bhd for the disposal of industrial land for RM8.80 million.
The property is located in Sungai Buloh, Shah Alam.
