LBR Industries Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LBI Capital Berhad had entered into four (4) Sale and Purchase Agreements with Crimson Legend (M) Sdn Bhd for the disposal of four (4) adjoining parcel of frehold development lands for RM3.0million.
The land is located in Pualu Pinang and a tourism-related development either commercial, hotel or residential is proposed to be develop on the lands.
